At Kimbattery Energy Co., Ltd., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Policy You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at kim@kimbattery.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or Incorrect Products: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

• Customer Remorse: If the return is due to buyer's remorse (e.g., you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind), the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
