Shipping Policy

Kimbattery Energy Co., Ltd. supports online checkout shipping for configured destinations and may also confirm project shipping by quotation. Shipping availability depends on the product, assigned warehouse, destination, carrier route and battery transport requirements.

EU Stock: EU Stock products ship from Poland Warehouse-TY to supported European destinations when inventory and a matching checkout rate are available. EU Stock is not presented as shipping from Poland to the United States.

United States: China Warehouse products can ship to the United States when inventory and a matching rate are available. Final shipping cost is shown at checkout or confirmed by quotation.

European checkout rates are currently configured for shipments up to 30 kg. A 24 kg European order can return a rate when the destination and product are eligible. Orders above 30 kg may not return a checkout rate and require a shipping quotation.

Duties, taxes, carrier surcharges and additional handling requirements depend on the destination and order conditions. Charges that are not shown at checkout remain the buyer's responsibility where applicable.

Online orders are paid through PayPal.

Should I confirm stock before a bulk order?
Yes. Stock changes with customer orders and project reservations. Please confirm quantity, model, batch and shipping terms before payment for bulk orders.

Can you provide compliance documents?
Model-specific battery transport or compliance documents may be available upon request where applicable. Please confirm required documents before payment.

Are brand names used for identification?
Yes. Brand names are used to identify battery models. Kimbattery is an independent battery supplier and is not owned or operated by those brands.
