Shipping Policy
Kimbattery ships LiFePO4 battery cells, DIY battery box kits, and battery packs to selected countries and regions.
1. Shipping Locations
Some products are available from our EU warehouse, while other products may be shipped from China. The available shipping method depends on the product model, stock location, order quantity, total weight, and destination country.
2. EU Warehouse Orders
For products marked as EU Stock, orders are usually shipped from our Poland warehouse after stock and payment are confirmed.
Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days within supported European countries.
3. China Shipment Orders
For products not available in the EU warehouse, orders may be shipped from China by air, sea, rail, truck, or other suitable logistics channels.
Estimated delivery time depends on the destination country, shipping method, customs clearance, and battery transportation requirements.
4. Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, quantity, destination country, and shipping method.
For heavy orders, remote areas, bulk purchases, or project orders, we may contact the customer to confirm the final shipping cost before processing the order.
5. Battery Shipping Notice
Lithium battery products may be subject to special transportation requirements, customs clearance procedures, and documentation requirements. Certain products or destinations may require additional confirmation before shipment.
6. Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation and stock verification. If there is any issue with stock, shipping cost, or delivery availability, our team will contact the customer before shipment.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If the package is damaged during transportation, please contact us within 7 days after delivery with photos, videos, and order information. We will review the case and assist with a solution.
