We want customers to understand the return and refund conditions before purchasing battery products.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment if the products have not been dispatched or customized. Please contact us as soon as possible.

2. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of lithium battery products, returns must be reviewed case by case. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

3. Non-returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Customized battery products
- Bulk project orders after confirmation
- Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or improper storage
- Products without original packaging or required documentation

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery. Please provide order information, photos, videos, and packaging images for review.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where applicable. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is caused by our error or confirmed product defect.
