Shipping Policy
Kimbattery is operated by Jinwang New Energy (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. We supply LiFePO4 battery cells, DIY battery box kits, and battery pack solutions for global buyers.
This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on kimbattery.com.
1. Shipping Locations
We support shipping to selected countries and regions. Available shipping destinations may vary depending on the product model, stock location, order quantity, total weight, shipping method, and battery transportation requirements.
Some products may be available from our EU warehouse, while other products may be shipped from China.
2. EU Warehouse Orders
Products marked as EU Stock may be shipped from our Poland warehouse, subject to stock availability and payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time for EU warehouse orders is usually 3–10 business days within supported European countries.
Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, local carrier service, remote area conditions, holidays, and other logistics factors.
3. China Shipment Orders
Products not available in the EU warehouse may be shipped from China.
Depending on the order quantity, destination, and product type, we may use air freight, sea freight, rail freight, truck delivery, express delivery, or other suitable logistics methods.
Estimated delivery time for China shipment orders depends on the destination country, shipping method, customs clearance, and lithium battery transportation requirements.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed after payment confirmation and stock verification.
For in-stock products, we usually process the order within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
For bulk orders, customized orders, or orders requiring special logistics arrangements, processing time may be longer. Our team will confirm the estimated shipping schedule before shipment.
5. Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, quantity, destination country, shipping method, and warehouse location.
For heavy orders, bulk purchases, remote areas, or project orders, the shipping cost shown at checkout may require further confirmation. In such cases, we may contact the customer to confirm the final shipping cost before processing the order.
Please do not arrange bank transfer payment before confirming stock, shipping cost, and the final invoice with our sales team.
6. Lithium Battery Shipping Notice
LiFePO4 battery cells and battery packs may be subject to special transportation requirements, customs clearance procedures, and documentation requirements.
Certain destinations, product models, or shipping methods may require additional confirmation before shipment.
For bulk orders, project orders, or customs clearance requirements, please contact us before placing an order to confirm the applicable shipping solution and required documents.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, and other local charges may apply depending on the destination country and shipping terms.
Unless otherwise stated in the final invoice or quotation, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import-related charges.
For DDP, CIF, FOB, or other trade terms, the final terms will be confirmed separately before shipment.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Please make sure your shipping address, contact person, phone number, postal code, and email address are correct before placing an order.
We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
9. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments
If your package is damaged, missing items, or appears to have been lost during transportation, please contact us within 7 days after delivery or expected delivery date.
Please provide your order number, photos or videos of the package, product condition, shipping label, and any related carrier information.
We will review the case and assist with a suitable solution based on the shipping method, carrier investigation, and order situation.
10. Stock and Shipping Confirmation
For certain products, especially heavy battery products, bulk orders, or international shipments, we may need to confirm stock availability and shipping arrangements before finalizing the order.
If an item is unavailable, the shipping method is not suitable, or the shipping cost requires adjustment, we will contact the customer before shipment.
